Commercial Terms Agreed With Martu
Take particular notice of how "enthusiastic" the Martu leadership were at the time.
I personally need to see more than just another fluffy "we have agreed to agree to do something sometime maybe in the future". And I hazard a guess, Mr & Mrs Market thinks similar.
Things are definitely moving in the right direction (most positive in a long while), but shareholders should not be spending their future earnings before they are realised. In my opinion.
This is all still very much Dejavu.
