@Beachcomber2 - looking at the balance sheet - I don't see any meaningful franking balance so I would not be expecting any significant "franked" component of a dividend. And if IFL pay a dividend - it will be just deducted from the $4.80 buy out consideration. That's why I sold yesterday - if there was a significant franked dividend opportunity i would have held
