To be successful , the Company really need a good management team ( right from the team who manage the day to day LAMP operation to the Board) who need to set goals/target and get them done on time and fully dedicated to create values to both the company and share holders .Having observed and monitored the performance of the company over the years i really begin to doubt that this is the case .
