Hangseng was a good promoter of PEN --yes I wonder where he/she is? It was Hangseng's well articulated posts and debates with his/hers antagonist's that created the interest for me.
To get a uranium producer in the USA through the maze of the permitting process has to be the most daunting of tasks.Congrats to management.
Those that have been buying since Fukushima are the best placed to make early gains---me I just averaged down a little.
Management have big future plans---should be well placed to capitalize with the upcoming demand for nuclear fuel.
