Man visits his doctor complaining of flatulence...doc i don't know, i am farting non stop,very embarrasing, but the good news is they don't smell at all...Doctor asks the man to let one go,the man does so and immediately the doctor goes to his side bench and starts preparing...the man asks what are you doing doctor...i'm preparing for an operation immediately replies the doctor...on my bum doc...no on your nose,it stinks in here...
