Thank you all HotCopperers for your ongoing advice and comment. I lap it up and as a relative trading novice I am somewhat guided by you as one needs a bit of true grit to stick with BAL at the moment.
I've had a bit of luck with Vitagroup (VTG) and it's delivered 50% on my investment which was way smaller that I threw at BAL.
