for starters bill bonner is american and the daily reckoning started out and still is american, i doubt the australian publication makes much of their money
their predictions on real estate were a broad brush against housing markets across the globe
so they havent been wrong at all about real estate
and now that the honey pot for australian real estate has just/almost run dry, the data coming out just now, still supports their prediction from an australian perspective
but im sure there will be more interventions, we havnt seen the end of the props for Australian RE
