forgot to mention that ALL other 'predictors' of PROPERTY market (apart from propertycrash and demographia) have been WRONG about property market !
so how much credibility do others have left ?
(or...should have left?)
do we listen to people that were wrong or people that ARE right (no matter how big or small) ?
