Yes maybe for the next 10 years there will be NO capital growth in the broader aus housing market. It's happened many times before (as that original article shows).
However for me, the key take-away is that the best investors are the ones who adapt to changing markets. If aus property investing is no longer as lucrative, then find what will bring more money. Keep adapting to the evolving markets rather than being obsessed with just one market / strategy.
