Opening salvo. xxx you have stated to me on the phone with no legal record of conversation, that you require a loan, before you will speak with xxxx on my regard with a matter of dispersal regarding Dads estate. You further stated, that I appeared agitated, this is because I had only lost my job one day before. You stated are you looking for work? I state I will, give me time. You further stated, I will okay it with xxxx, after I said yes, to your requirement for a loan off me. I was aware at the time--re your threat to contact Mental Health to express your concerns for my well being, was related to the cheque. The promise I have made was made under duress and is not legally enforceable. Further as I have just lost my job, I need to look after my finances cafelly and not repeat the same mistakes made in the past. If you really pushed, I can lend with proper legal documentation some money in 2 weeks time, but it would be far short of what you require as stated I have lost my job. My health concerns, like eating well and good attention to diet and the medication I take daily are my prime concerns at this moment.-xxxx
