An old family friend of mine has recently had the misfortune to have one his siblings go into a mental institution suffering with schizophrenia. Now I'm not saying this poor fellow is Rainman or some autistic genius but he has a head for maths and while in there he has taken an interest in the stockmarket and particularly RRS. He has been hounding his mother to buy a parcel for him, and notably every day last week she rang me saying he wanted to buy to which I advised to "read up some more .. theres no hurry". Now after watching this bolt up 40% on Friday I am trying to decide whether that was just a pump before the dump or if the "men on the ground" in Puntland means its time to give RRS a fair go.
In short my question to the mentally insane Hotcopper posters, what should I suggest to my mentally insane aquaintance?
