It also proves to me that, while we are very quick in telling the whole World when something is going in our favour, (The likes of that Court result in Brizzy for instance), but we are keeping it out of the way and shove it under the carpet, anything which is not as good or that it is ruled against us.
Have we been told that we lost the previous Appeal let alone this one.?? Not that I know of and, IMO, that is not fair as it is our own money that they are playing with.......Not their own. None of it.
Have they told us how much they have spent thus far in defending what was defined as being just A SMALL AND FRIVOLOUS ISSUE.???
And, while IMO that is not fair at all.
