Societyone was a dog of a business, that has been shopped around to everyone in town and had no takers. At some point it raised money on a $300M valuation, and now after 10 years they've exited for only $120M.
MME was a good business, staying in the payday lending, fast money channel. This purchase, and subsequent dump by Societyone holders in 12 months is going to sink this stock price.
