As I posted previously we had a reported $2.60 takeover offer from latitude 12 months ago, managements growth strategy through acquisition has severely damaged the share price. Not only are we way down on the $2.60 we could have had, but the opportunity cost of having our money tied up here for the last year has cost us more $$$ again. The fact that the we had to learn about the takeover offer through the AFR rather than through our BOD is disgraceful, and shows managements disregard for shareholders.
