Ex-NWE holder here unfortunately.
I think MIN is aware of the blowback from certain segments of their shareholder base who oppose the company getting into oil. I expect they'll monetise it, but distance themselves from it. I recall reading this in a quarterly transcript a little while ago.
What a fall this has been. Im not usually spiteful but I really hope Iain is continuing to hold through this.
