the company has made some extraordinary capital investments past few years to invest in and future proof operational costs on projects and all (WITHOUT tapping shareholders) - has not tapped shareholders in 10 years.
Morgan Stanley Infrastructure yet to settle on the 49% MIN sale of the haulage road he built too. I think the sum of $1.1bn (think USD) was planned and executed by CE well before commodity price falls and some handwringers on HC.
