if you are going to reply to my posts I’d expect you to read it properly first. Forecast iron ore costs for Onslo is $70 AUD dollars delivered vs current price of $100 USD. This is not a marginal business. This is is not high cost. If the iron ore cost drops to $70 US it’s still very profitable and a lot of high cost iron ore elsewhere would be non profitable at this level. The current quarterly does not reflect Onslo fully ramped up.
. I am puzzled about your comments about reits. They are a completely different industry using debt to juice up rents and borrowing is structured accordingly. Not comparable at all. You’re just playing with numbers.
Why don’t you address my point about the stability of the bond price?
