I can and will agree on that. The important point is the re-work. It is an added cost and costs only go up with the more crap there is in the dirt.
There’s plenty of cleaner product in other grounds.
To beneficiate (This details have not been made public as yet??) is not rocket science but is to cost time and money for something that will in the end generally have an inferior value anyways.
