Good question, no-one compares to GJ really. Will be definitely voting FOR. I don't think that he started the deal off with "lining his mates pockets" in mind. More like let's line all GBG/SDL holders pockets, including himself. Having said that he probably felt they had nothing to loose. Certainly nothing to loose in the long run for either stocks...........
