Yep! Get the money from the ERA shareholders, by selling them more ERA shares, and buy the uranium from RIO's Rossing mine in Namibia with the money!
IMHO, RIO only wants ERA and shareholder funds for cleaning up the mess. Ranger is no longer needed. Particularly, if RIO can expand into Rossing South. Suggest switching to EXT who owns Rossing South (5th largest uranium deposit).
