Hi Sammy, I thought $15 Mill was the last of the earnouts post the renegotiation of earnouts when Phillips recapped the company at 10c? Also dont forget head office costs currently running at approx $10 mill will most likely halve.
Going forward little depreciation and no interest expence, head office costs cut and plenty of tax losses and franking credit bank make this look very attractive standalone or even more to a preditor!
I also agree that management have done a fantastic job since Phillips arrived.
