I thought the figure for 2years worth of fees was closer to $180k and the directors only agreed to cash in 30% of that at 5c/sh to increase their chances of a cash payout later.

Its a trivial amount if they were trying to make a statement.

Also its more of a negative when you consider the company hasn't been able to pay it's directors for 2years due to total lack of funds and now the only funding source is a highly dliutive and destructive La Jolla. Look at the history of La Jolla.

This run happened because their are no shares on issue. Try buy any volume without sending the sp north. La Jolla will hopefully dilute the register and make a few more loose shares available to improve liquidity. It might be possible to buy a larger stake without sending the sp crazy.

In the same way the low volume pushes sp up, imagine then trying to sell a large holding without destroying the sp?

At this stage its only for trading and only relatively small parcels.
