then..... the government stopped the subsidies. Many insulation business owners complained, as they had invested in expanding via stock, equipment and staff. With no more subsidies many went to the wall. But caveat emptor, what the government giveth, the government can taketh away.
You don't have to go to the developing world to experience sovereign risk. Anything which involves a "license" has potential for sovereign risk
