Has to do with the timing on the announcement on the flow rates and development plan for 330.

It was announced after 430 was announced as a discovery.

Likely that we are going to need a little while for 430 to be fully appraised, in which time a development plan for 430 will be released along with flow rates.

At that time we might get a discovery at 430b and Block 59 which commence drilling in a month.
