first thing i want to share here is about Flag Limit and Flag area!In my opinion, the foundation for understanding all Price Action concepts is a proper understanding of FL (Flag Limit).Indecision after a momentum move can be a sign of the formation of an FL.The most important FLs are formed after the break of the most important SRs.A Flag Limit hold price up or down and forms an area on it called the Flag area. Inside each Flag area, there are two important Flag Limits, as shown in the figure.
