I wouldn't worry if PTR was down to 34% after the implicit extent of the free ride. That would be a marvelous success for a small company like PTR to end up with a near free 34% of a 30 MW showcase project supplying a high value niche market.
I the case of a lesser success, or dare I say it failure, well then to be able to get out more or less free and get on with the other projects, well that is good risk management by our management.
