It's not bad from a risk avoidance perspective, and is an appropriate way to allow investors to gain access to the Spanish projects without necessarily being exposed to the risk that HEWI will not generate the thermal efficiencies required for competitive energy production.
I don't hold an stock at the moment, but, for what it's worth, wouldn't be selling any after this positive development.
