Biden will not set foot in the White house, period. First of all, the associated press does not call an election - good to see you're getting your info from credible sources (msm). Typically, Electoral College votes are cast and counted on the 14th December and the President is elected - unless there is a tie. However, this decision will not be made through the electoral college because of the widespread voter fraud which is being proven in courts as we speak. If the evidence is overwhelming and clear (which it is) it will inevitably end up in the Supreme court where a decision will be made (as per 12th amendment) to vote in the President (elected by giving each state house Representative 1 vote - of which Republicans hold the majority (different from balance of power, I.e. 1 vote per State Rep) and secondly the VP will be voted on by the Senate of which the Republicans hold the power.
