    All mineral leases have value for their prospective and strategic nature.
    Lets take BHP's Roy Hill for instance. Not really much drilling, no resource just a thumb suck but certainly worth something. Probably in the scheme of things about similar worth to a 10M oz gold deposit. Even without the resource.
