If the US was going to invade Greenland in order to access its rare earth metals it would be best to do so sooner than later in order to get the mines up and operating so they would therefore be ready prior to any conflicts
Having plans in the background ready to be executed if needed sounds a little foolish As even when it comes time to use them. It would probably be too late to use them anyway
Contingencies are there as backup . Like GBBERS contingency to sell at the abxolute bottom of a rare earth price cycle
