I disagree. I bought more at 17.80. The problem with an oversold condition is that it can spring back very aggressively, its happened to me before. Then your looking at buying back in at NCM 22.90. I like to be active not reactive. Thats just my opinion, maybe a gentle pullback and a perfect entry point will happen, I've found this to be a rarity. Its either feast or famine!
