Here is a thought:
Trump has been voted in by middle America. Middle America can not afford health care in the US. Trump will be looking to bring the cost of health care down so his voters can afford basic operations etc. The Green whistle is one way to save costs therefore he may fast track any ideas stuck in the system that will save money.
Just a thought welcome any comments.
