USA represents a small portion of the forecasted demand. Trump denying climate change is all about protectionist measuresnfot what he sees as an industry that can produce jobs, ie coal, oil, etc. He will change his tune when he realises that there are more reasons to fund EV development than just climate change. Air quality, affordability and energy security will also come into it.
