Despite the lacklustre annual result... lacklustre is not terrible, it's just "lacklustre"
Profit is about same as 2013 with extraordinary costs accounted in: and the S.P. at same time '13 was $13.50.
Expecting $30mil less expenses (forecast on current ratios minus extraordinary writedowns) plus further cost-cutting says SUN should theoretically be worth more tha $13.5 (unless we were stupider in 2013). I'm not factoring in the derisked insurance, so where will Trump and a rate-hike in US leave Aus REIT's assuming $AUD slips?
