Just a reminder for the over excited Trumoies.

The SCOTUS said it was up to Congress to ban Trump, not the States. Green light given to Congress to go ahead. Post #: 72745176

AND the SC stated that the POTUS is an officer. Post #: 72746236

Just to clarify for the Trumpies, the SCOTUS took it from the States and gave it to Congress to be the arbitrator of Trump's fate on or off the ballot.

It won't get through Congress, but it will show that Trump meets the criteria for being removed from the ballot.

Shows Trump as committing the deeds to qualify for being removed from the ballot, and it will show Trump being treated as if he is above the law for his misdeeds.

What could be interesting is if the Republicans lose control of both house and senate in 2024, it would mean Trump could be held accountable by being impeached and removed from office for his misdeeds.

    Fun times ahead.

Glad I'm not a yank living in the US.
