being owed is a thing you see in American films and culture that consistently comes up -so much so that I think there must really be something to it

I would have thought that it would not go to such high levels as this (at least without renegotiation) ----------- BUT, I can only think as an Australian - and, we most definitely do not think like that at all -

but, they might --- and, if they do - then, that is possibly why - it would explain a lot

Biden has been 50 years in the game and a long time at very close to the highest levels ----------- you would not only owe a lot of favors, but, you would be owed a lot of favors
