Considering we are already at 180% of Lansteads Investment deal we have plenty of funds to tread water.
However if we do a deal now Lanstead could be paying us 4-500% on their Initial investment, just on upfronts alone.
It is in everyones best interests to keep this moving and I dont think even Santa could stop this if it was about to happen.
My money is on sooner than later but thats just an estimation.
