Agreed Jefferies.I think "rumoured" has been used when talking of Shenghe buying offtake, buying share holdings etc because its obvious the document hasnt even been read. I only know this as the document does clearly spell out these facts. I personally cant trust in advice from anyone who states a document has supposed to have stated something when such research skills are so restricted that the document cant even be read to see.Weather via disinterest or plain inability.
