The US has made it abundantly clear they have No, again, No interest in GGG. They have no interest because the company, as you admitted below today, gave the Chinese in the MOU the right to be the majority owners with the option to go to 60%.
Trump despite, a relatively meager amount of REEs in the trade deal with China, which is already done, still does not want rely on Chinese REEs.

But as you have been told many times, the US will not do a deal with GGG for a nomber of reasons, but the most prominent reason is because of the Chinese ownership. Let it go NRO. You have nothing to substantiate any of your wild ass guess, as usual.
