This is the person nominated to be Attorney General and he appeared before the Senate and under oath said he had no meetings with the Russians. If he is found to have lied it is perjury and perjury is a very serious offence. That he happens to be Attorney General makes it even more untenable that the top law officer has misled under oath the United States Senate. Then comes all the other potential stuff. What were the discussions about? Did any horse trading based on getting into power happen? Its a quagmire and saying he cant remember doesn’t cut it. I would say Sessions is sweating because the Russians being how they operate probably have recordings of the discussions. What a situation. I thought these things only happened in movie plots starring Mark Wahlberg or Tom Cruise.
