Obvious that we don't get to see the jury deliberations but moon refuses to read the testimony and look at the evidence.

We are not on the jury but we can read the transcripts, look at the evidence and decide for ourselves that a juror using common sense would conclude.

in addition to listening to what was being reported I did read most of the testimony so I knew what the case was about and hence why I was able to predict that the jury would reach a verdict irrelatively quickly and deliver a guilty verdict.
