Everyone knows and accepts all high-profile folks manage risk to name, brand and reputation by killing stories - and settling at times even with no truth to the claim. Thats a fact. Even if this was the case, still no crime. And again aside from the word of SD which she has no first-hand knowledge of...all you have is a guy who is on the record under oath telling us and Congress, DT was not in the loop.

Not a a crime. Show me a skerrick of proof so far that anything he did was an illegal act. MC is on the record in this trial that some of the money he paid and was reimbursed was, in part - his fees. Does that qualify it to be recorded as a legal fee? Of course.At the end of the day, your case is 1+1+1+1= A banana. and all it takes one juror to be honest.

So ya got maybe a day left to adduce the compelling beyond reasonable doubt of the felony - not the demeanour - that was committed.

2) Wrong everyone involved in the payoff scheme knew MC was acting on Trump's behalf otherwise they wouldn't believe they were going to get the payments made!

You still don't understand the charges, that's why you can't see the crime.
No a pay off is not a legal fee!
