    The case was allowed to proceed as the GJ decided to indict.
    And the defense has no input in the GJ deliberations
    Funny how they extended the SoL by a special act just to get DT...I note some other bloke has been snared by this but as you'd expect hes now claiming its RACIST and of course, Unconstitutional
