If you listen, you'll hear a few facts we've all known for a while ..inconvenient, of course, to the loon on the left

1. The trial's basis is that DT is charged with 34 felonies alleging he falsified documents in order to further commit another crime...a federal crime
2. The prosecution has NEVER cited what law that is. Fact
3. The prosecution has not led any evidence of what the underlying crime is. Not in their filings nor in the testimony led
4. They led testimony from MC who alleges somehow, something allegedly happened between he and DT which constitutes a campaign finance offences &
5. That was meant to unlawfully influence an election.
6. The jury is invited to accept this amorphous crime - the "crime" as expressed by MC and MC alone that ties DT to the "crime"
7. The jury is instructed THEY have to decide what that crime might have been in spite of no evidence of any merit. MC is it...utterly impeachable.
8. The judge refused to allow an expert...a leading expert on campaign violations. to give evidence to the jury on the law. {shaking head}
9. Elsewhere btw, the guy made it clear of the complexities of the law, what is and what isn't a violation and the payments would not be a crime
10. The FEC, fully aware of this, decided no crime was committed and dropped the action
11. The former DA in NY arrived at the same conclusion
12. Bragg himself arrived at the same conclusion
13. The prosecution has not led any evidence that connects DT to the ledger entries {the epicentre of the alleged "crime"}
14. The Prosecution has led no evidence that DT knew of the payments and then....decided on a course of action to illegally affect an election

Now I know some here are of the view the case is a slam-dunk but that's simply idiotic.
Clearly, if you hold that point of view, you couldn't care less about the facts listed above - you just WANT a conviction

And your motives are clear!
You'll look at the points above and try and pick 'em apart - at their very edges - but not make a mark on the substance of each point

• Its not cause you are a devotee of the law
• Its not because you feel for a victim
• Its not because you're committed to justice

No. Its none of that so stop pretending

It is cause ya hate DT and see this as a means to advance your political or personal animus towards the man
And on that basis, you want the rest of the world to suspend their logic, reason, commonsense and regard for the law

Hopefully, there's just one juror with a brain and a conscience.
