This talking head rekons the evidence was "very strong" and then in the same breath, points out the flaws in it and the incredibility of MC. She recognises the jury has to decide if MC was being truthful and honest and even though you might think he is a pathological liar... you can, as the jury, feel hes telling the truth on the DT connection. So for this chick with a whole 50 cases under her belt...she thinks THAT is strong evidence...ffs.

In court if there is an adage that applies its the one where the jury is reminded that, "If you believe the guy lied on a matter of fact (and he did on many things in the dock) you are entitled to disbelieve everything he said"

Like I said, it only takes one juror with a clear mind and a conscience to hang the jury
