    They can request all they like, it's up to Merchan.
    A judge who's already found Trump in contempt on 10 separate counts.
    A criminal who's shown no remorse or acceptence of his crimes.
    A criminal who's lawyers lied & mislead to the court, the same lies that Trump continues to repeat.

    I don't like his chances of being released pending an appeal.
