The whole NY trial is a farce.
The Judge was never appointed by Congress, he is infact a Prosecuter bought in by the Left to play Judge..
If the SCOTUS doesnot dismiss this farce when they adjudicate this month on Trumps Immunity then the Democrats can look forward to the Precedent set, to put them away ..
