It was up to the jury to decide if he was guilty or not, the judge has no say on the verdict. Come July 11 the judges doesn't decide if the Fat Orange Turd you worship is guilty or not, that has already been decided.

All the judge need do now is hand down a sentence to the already convicted Felon
