Its well documented and common knowledge that the FBI places cover sheets over top secret documents before photos are taken. No intelligent person expects evidence photos which are to be exposed to the media or anybody without top secret clearance to contain top secret information.

If experience here didn't show otherwise I would say it was unbelievable that Trumptards could conceivably believe this practice was evidence of a conspiracy, yet here we are with the same ignorant conspiracy theories continually peddled by the same people.
