Well I don't think Trump has a hope in hell of winning in 2024 but when he loses we would no doubt have Trump and his worshippers claiming the election was rigged. Same old, no evidence required

But this idea that Trump is ineligible seems to have merit, apparently in at least some states they can just refuse to put Trump's name on the ballot. That would of course throw up all sorts of issues and I expect this will make it's way to the supreme court but there is some high level legal experts who have looked at this and come to the conclusion it is correct
